- Repository Data: If you connect your code repository (like GitHub), we access and collect data from that repository needed to provide our coding assistance services. This includes code, filenames, issues, commits, tasks lists, and related metadata.
- Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the Services, such as access dates and times, pages viewed, links clicked, tasks completed, and other actions taken within the Services.
- Feedback and Correspondence: Any direct communication with Cintra, whether via email, surveys, the in-app chat function, or otherwise, is collected and saved.- Device Information: We may collect information about the device and software you use to access the Services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system version, and app version.

How We Use Information

- Provide our Services: We use repository data, tasks assigned, and associated information to power our AI coding algorithms and provide code generation services to you.

- Objection: You can object to our processing activities under certain circumstances. This does not include processing we undertake to provide the core Services to you.  
- Portability: You can ask for a copy of certain personal data for you to retain or share elsewhere. This includes any data you directly provided to us or generated during your use of the Services. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
