You are solely responsible for the code, content, information, and tasks you upload, submit, or provide access to via Cintra. Do not share anything that violates copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our services in any way that violates laws or regulations. Do not share content that is abusive, harassing, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
Confidentiality
We will not access or share your code or content except to provide our services. All code and interaction data remains private and is not used to improve public AI models without explicit permission.
Disclaimers
Cintra provides services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee that AI-generated code will always function correctly or meet your needs. You use our services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Cintra shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cintra at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account and stop using our services at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denver County. You agree to resolve any disputes relating to Cintra directly with our team before escalation.
